Website Development

Full website development is packaged at a fixed rate depending on the scope of the project. Contact us to arrange a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs. All services are provided by our in-house team.

Website Development Packages include the Following:

	Graphic Design Services Including Logo Design (if needed)
	Data Entry / Information Transfer Transfer existing text and images from your old site to your new site (if desired)
	Private Lessons on how to use your new website Teaches you how to use the back-end development tools so you can change text and make basic updates to your site
	Updates, Maintenance, and Backups Automated, cloud-based backup system set-up One (1) month of minor adjustments and updates

Website Design and Development Retainer Packages

**In addition to reduced rates, retainer clients get Priority attention & Scheduling.**

Rates and Information

• Retainers are annual agreements that may be paid monthly or annually.
• Your monthly rate will be billed on the first business day of each month (in advance) or can be paid annually for an additional discount.
• Services included in the retainer package always include back-end maintenance and updates to your site, and will include any of the following at your request: website development, design, and changes; content/ image/ data updates (you provide the content/ images/ data), Q&A or help sessions with the developer.
• Additional hours will be billed at your package’s monthly rate in the next month’s retainer payment invoice (in arrears).
• No refunds will be given for unused hours.

WordPress Maintenance & Backups Package

• Monthly website maintenance is critical to keeping your website from crashing or being hacked. A Maintenance Only package will allow our team to ensure that your site has the latest versions of WordPress plug-ins/ modules, and your theme to keep your site running smoothly, quickly, and without problems.
• Maintenance only packages are billed quarterly at a rate of $90 ($30 per month). This is for back-end maintenance only. Changes to content or design will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $150/hour.
• Automated Backup system set-up
• This is a one-time set-up at a flat rate of $50 to ensure your website is backed-up consistently and automatically to a cloud-based server so no matter what happens to your computer, your data is retrievable.

Website Development and Hosting Services (a la carte)

• Web development is charged at $150 per hour (1 hour minimum, thereafter billed in quarter hour increments).
• We can also host your site on our certified green, environmentally-friendly, wind-powered servers! (Contact us for rates.) We use “the world’s most eco-friendly web hosting company.”

Branding and Marketing Content Consultations with Ariana Ayu

• $300 per hour
  • 1 hour minimum, thereafter billed in quarter hour increments
